Crazy Luke

I feel like I've named other posts "Crazy Luke."  Maybe I have...

In the past 2 days Luke has decided to pull Ben around by his feet.  Ben doesn't seem to mind, he just goes with it.  Luke will drag him all over the carpet in the living room.  And then he drags him into the coat closet and closes the door on him (lights out).  This is where I get a little uncomfortable with the game.  :)  I haven't witnessed this yet, only Paul and Grandpa Ernie have.  Ben is a good sport, but he's getting sick of the closet part, so going forward, Luke will have to modify his game to eliminate dragging Ben into the closet and shutting the door.

Grandpa Ernie came today to watch the boys while I went to Jake's Pizza.  Before he got here I told Luke we had to change his poopy diaper.  He asked Why?  I told him Grandpa Ernie doesn't want to change your stinky diaper.  Luke responded, He's a nice guy.  He repeated it a few times and then affirmed that he meant Grandpa could change his diaper b/c Grandpa is a nice guy.  Later, after I got home and Grandpa left I asked Luke if he had fun with Grandpa Ernie, to which Luke commented, Yeah, he's a nice guy.  Well, he's your GRANDPA, not just some random nice guy, but it's cute what kind of phrases you are picking up!

You must have heard your dad or me say "STOP IT!" to someone at some point because you have started using that phrase as well.  It's only when Ben is screaming....which he has been doing quite a bit lately.  Ben often screams if we don't get his food to him fast enough, or if we try to feed the food to him rather than letting him do it himself.  He will also scream if he wants a toy and Luke takes it, etc.  So we hear {scream} STOP IT! {scream} STOP IT! {scream} STOP IT! all day long.
